Case study

Project overview

This internal ELARVIQ product showcase demonstrates a website chatbot that supports visitors in real time, asks focused discovery questions and turns useful project context into structured information for the next business step.

This is an ELARVIQ internal production workflow and production-style showcase—not a client project or invented client result.

Challenge

Visitors often need answers before they are ready to complete a long form. A useful assistant must answer service questions, gather project context and distinguish a qualified opportunity from a general conversation.

02

Solution

The website assistant combines a focused knowledge context with guided qualification questions. When a conversation contains useful project intent, structured details can be passed through a webhook to n8n and onward to the appropriate CRM or follow-up workflow.

Operational value

What it improves

  • Answer common service and project questions in the visitor’s language.
  • Collect useful scope, timeline and integration details conversationally.
  • Pass qualified context into a structured workflow instead of leaving it inside chat history.

The showcase demonstrates a clearer first contact: visitors receive immediate guidance while ELARVIQ receives more useful context for a considered follow-up.
