Project overview
This is ELARVIQ’s strongest internal AI showcase: a connected system in which the website conversation is not an isolated feature but the beginning of a structured operational process.
This is an ELARVIQ internal production workflow and production-style showcase—not a client project or invented client result.

Challenge
A chatbot can create a good conversation, but its value is limited if the useful context stops at the chat window. The customer-facing experience and the operational follow-up need to behave as one traceable system.
Solution
The chatbot handles the initial exchange and qualification. Structured context then moves to n8n, where it is normalised and written to Airtable before a relevant Gmail draft is prepared. Human review remains the final gate for accuracy, tone and commercial judgment.

Operational value
What it improves
- Carry qualified context from the conversation into CRM without manual re-entry.
- Connect customer-facing AI with reliable backend orchestration and clear failure boundaries.
- Accelerate follow-up preparation while keeping the final decision and send action with a person.
The connected model shows the strongest business value: one continuous path from a visitor’s question to organised data and a review-ready follow-up, with automation supporting rather than replacing the team.
