When you send an enquiry, ELARVIQ processes the information needed to receive and respond to it.
This may include your name, email address, company, project details, optional contact preferences, links you provide, consent record and technical anti-spam metadata.
The information is used only to reply, assess the request and discuss a possible project.
On this website, Netlify Forms stores submitted enquiries. When notifications are enabled, Resend processes the data needed to deliver email notifications, and the Telegram Bot API may process it for optional Telegram notifications. Integration credentials remain server-side.
Enquiry data is kept only for as long as needed to handle the request, meet applicable obligations or resolve related issues, then deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
Where applicable, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to or restrict its processing, by writing to hello@elarviq.com.
