Case study

Project overview

This internal ELARVIQ production workflow demonstrates how a website enquiry can move from structured capture to AI-assisted analysis, scoring, CRM storage and a prepared follow-up—without removing human judgment from the process.

This is an ELARVIQ internal production workflow and production-style showcase—not a client project or invented client result.

Challenge

Website enquiries arrive with different levels of detail. Reviewing, prioritising and preparing a useful follow-up manually takes time and can leave important context spread across several tools.

02

Solution

A webhook-driven n8n workflow validates the enquiry, sends the structured context for AI analysis, calculates a lead score, updates Airtable and prepares a Gmail draft. A person reviews every draft before any follow-up is sent.
